Exchange and return Policy

Exchange Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the seven days have passed.

2- For the product to be exchanged, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit.

The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its integrity. The consumer bears the payment of shipping costs if he wishes to exchange the product.

In the case of international exchange, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications determined by him, except for products that have a defect or that violated the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.


Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to do so after the seven days have passed.

2- For the product to be returned, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its integrity.

3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process.

In the case of international return, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
